Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with previous data entry and administration experience. You should have excellent attention to detail, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a pro-active attitude. Being a pragmatic team player is essential, as well as the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously. We would prefer individuals who can learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment and possess strong Microsoft Office experience. Knowledge and experience with ERP, particularly SAP, is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
As our SAP Administrator, you will support the organization through various tasks, including SAP administration for the Production and Maintenance departments, which involves setting up Purchase Requisitions. You will be responsible for data entry and ensuring the integrity of this data in SAP. Collaborating with the Site Leader, you'll report and run site metrics, conduct monthly SAP reporting, and manage stock control and consumption within SAP. You will also support the Senior Site Administrator as needed and take on other ad-hoc duties as requested.
