Must:
As a Lead PHP Developer, I expect you to have the following experience:
- Strong expertise in PHP
- Exposure to Symfony or Laravel, with a willingness to learn Symfony
- Experience with VueJS or similar technologies
- Experience designing and managing AWS
- A track record of writing high-quality, scalable, and testable code
- Deep understanding of code review processes and coding standards
- Experience leading and mentoring developers at various experience levels
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure, ensuring high-quality, testable, and efficient code. You will lead the code review process, maintain best practices, and troubleshoot complex technical challenges with a problem-solving mindset. You will also mentor and guide a team of developers, defining and enforcing best practices in software development. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical strategy, drive innovation, and future-proof the platform to support long-term growth and scalability.
