Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Solid understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Hands-on experience with Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Good networking knowledge (routers, switches, firewalls, TCP/IP)
- Experience supporting or managing Windows Server & Active Directory
- Confident troubleshooting complex, multi-layered technical issues
- (Desirable) Experience in an MSP or multi-tenant environment
- (Desirable) Security tooling (Conditional Access, Defender, MFA strategies)
- (Desirable) Backup, email security, or third-party M365 integrations
- (Desirable) PowerShell scripting
- (Desirable) Documentation and process improvement experience

Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 / Cloud Administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments
- Managing Entra ID (Azure AD) users, groups, conditional access, MFA, and security controls
- Implementing and maintaining Intune for device compliance, configuration profiles, and app deployment
- Supporting hybrid identity environments (on-prem AD & Entra ID)
- Working with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
- Configuration and support of routers, switches, and firewalls
- Managing VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP/DNS, VPNs, and site-to-site connectivity
- Troubleshooting complex network and connectivity issues
- Working with both on-prem servers and cloud-integrated environments
- Acting as an escalation point for the desktop support team
- Designing and documenting standards, best practices, and procedures
- Leading or contributing to infrastructure projects and migrations
- Improving security posture and resilience across customer environments
