Requirements
Must:
- I have over 5 years of Information Security experience, with hands-on expertise in enterprise IAM platforms, specifically CyberArk and Delinea.
- I am knowledgeable in Access Management technologies including Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
- I possess a strong understanding of Privileged Access Management, including managing privileged accounts, session management, and vaulting.
- I am experienced with Directory Services, focusing on User/Group Management, Sites & Services, and Access Control Lists.
- I am well-versed in security concepts like Least Privileged Access, Zero Trust architecture, and Phishing Resistant Authentication.
- I have practical experience with IT Service Management, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- I am proficient in scripting and automation, utilizing tools such as PowerShell or Python.
- I can effectively manage priorities and provide regular progress reports.
Responsibilities
- I will serve as a multifaceted Operations Engineer within our global IAM department.
- I will provide implementation and continuous support for new IAM platforms and enhancements to existing services.
- I will oversee daily IAM fulfillment requests and offer consulting services regarding IAM best practices and processes for various project initiatives.
- I will participate in the global support of enterprise IAM services, ensuring compliance with resiliency and service level agreements.
- I will drive IAM compliance through certifications, audits, and ongoing reviews of operational reporting.
- I will identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
- I will contribute to the development and maintenance of the IAM strategy and associated roadmaps.
Description
We are looking for a talented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Engineer to join our team. This position is part of a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in London, and offers a salary between £60,000 and £65,000. As part of our mission to innovate our business and enhance the customer experience, I will work collaboratively with other IT leaders, technologists, and support staff to provide a secure, resilient, and high-quality experience for our global user community. This role requires me to be in the office for 4 days a week, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment in the financial sector.
