Must:

- Must be eligible for BPSS / UK SC due to the nature of some clients
- Must have 1+ years experience in an administrative role
- Must be confident using basic MS Office / Excel
- Must be able to commute to Greenhithe five days per week
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records in our booking and tracking systems
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and internal teams to confirm schedules and logistics
- Coordinate and track equipment being shipped to and from sites
- Support the operations or service desk team with general admin and reporting
Description
We are a strategic technology partner based in Greenhithe, seeking to onboard 4 contract-based administrative staff. Our work environment is professional and supportive, with operational hours from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. We value effective communication and collaboration, and you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our team.
