Requirements
Must:
We are looking for 2nd Line Support Engineers with the following skills and experience:
- Skilled in supporting infrastructure and applications built on Microsoft Server systems (e.g., Remote Desktop, Active Directory, DNS).
- Familiar with high-availability environments that handle thousands of daily users and require zero downtime.
- Proficient in maintaining and updating Windows-based systems, including regular Windows updates and patching.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, including IIS and NLB.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Confident in using monitoring tools like PRTG, SolarWinds, Azure Monitor, etc.
Responsibilities
