Requirements
Must:
- Service design expertise with the ability to simplify complexity and create scalable user-friendly services
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping teams find direction
- Experience planning and leading workshops, managing diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusion in service design
- Ability to define service vision and unite teams around that vision
- Experience with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Kotters 8-Step Process
- Skilled in assessing organizational readiness and designing tailored change strategies
- Ability to measure and evaluate change success, including adoption rates
- Experience supporting transitions from traditional projects to agile environments
- Strong communication skills to adapt information for various audiences
- Ability to facilitate workshops and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders
- Technical skills in interpreting performance data and using design tools like Miro and Lucid
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with progressive organizational models and their applications
Responsibilities
- Lead service design and change management initiatives across the full service lifecycle
- Map current and future service states, aligning digital delivery with operational realities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including content designers and product managers
- Facilitate workshops to shape service visions and design processes
- Guide organizations through transformation towards agile methodologies
- Design change strategies to ensure successful adoption of new services
- Help clients make evidence-based decisions for service implementation
- Assess and redesign organizational structures for strategic alignment
- Measure and communicate change success and adapt strategies accordingly
