Requirements
Must:
- Eligible for SC clearance, having lived in the UK for the last 3 years
- No more than 30 days spent outside the UK in that time
- Expertise in Oracle Recruitment Cloud
- Experience in implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows
- Multiple full implementation projects in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience running workshops (process, design, configuration, test, and validate)
- Strong functional application leadership and guidance skills
- Ability to document solutions clearly and share knowledge within the Cloud community
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Oracle Cloud Recruitment
- Lead workshops and advise clients on best practices for solution adoption
- Configure the system to meet business requirements and system design
- Demonstrate solutions in design playback sessions
- Create and develop workbooks and documentation to support system design
- Build trusted relationships with clients and manage expectations on delivery
- Drive training and coaching for colleagues and clients
