Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in Business Analysis, with a track record in large scale change and/or technology programmes/projects
- Able to produce business process maps and other functional and business-facing documentation to a very high standard
- Excellent communicator with experience of managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, including those at a senior level
- Skilled communication bridge between IT and business stakeholders, representing business challenges and requirements clearly to technical resources
- Experience in working in Agile Scrum Teams, using Jira or DevOps, and MIRO
- Pragmatic and results-oriented
Responsibilities
- Help define and deliver a series of diverse key projects with the team
- Lead workshops through to design and delivery phases
- Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications
- Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across all levels from c-suite to on-the-ground developers
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during all phases of testing to ensure that solutions are ready for release
