Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Finance systems and understanding the full capabilities of Oracle HCM, Procurement, PPM, and EPM applications.
- Experience leading large multi-pillar programs, including Finance and HCM, in a solution lead capacity.
- Experience designing Data Migration, Integration, and Reporting solutions using Oracle tools such as OIC and OAC.
- Experience implementing Oracle eBS Finance applications.
- Proven ability to drive teams to meet challenging goals.
- Ability to clearly articulate solutions and provide leadership in challenging situations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and balance competing priorities.
- Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or ERP is a plus; multiple certifications expected in future.
- Accountancy qualifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead with Influence by working directly with C-Suite stakeholders, guiding strategic decisions and delivering solutions that drive real business value.
- Architect complex, multi-pillar solutions across the full Oracle Cloud suite, including Finance, Procurement, HCM, PPM, and EPM.
- Provide solution leadership across data migration, integration, and reporting using tools like OIC, OAC, and OTBI.
- Mentor rising talent and support pre-sales activities to aid in our growth and innovation.
