Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Absence & HR Helpdesk.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Eligibility for UK Security Vetting (minimum 3 years UK residency).
- Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules (Talent, Payroll, OTL) (desirable).
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (desirable).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and wider HR business processes (desirable).
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day functional support to a variety of Oracle HCM Cloud clients.
- Designing and advising on solutions, processes, and configuration best practices.
- Leading knowledge transfer sessions, training, and coaching colleagues.
- Supporting pre-sales activities, including demonstrations.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on Cloud processes, roadmaps, and enhancements.
- Producing clear, high-quality documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team.
- Building trusted relationships with clients by delivering consistently excellent service.
