Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence working in fixed-price consultancy environments.
- Deep understanding of governance, stakeholder engagement, scope/change control, and budget management.
- An in-depth background within programme/project management methods including MSP and PRINCE2.
- Expertise in scope management and stakeholder management, with strong negotiation and communication skills across all levels.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on end-to-end delivery of high-profile Oracle E-Business and Oracle Cloud projects.
- Be the key client interface—managing expectations, risks, scope, and steering group reporting.
- Use your expertise in PRINCE2, MSP, and governance practices to guide delivery teams to success.
- Drive quality using our proven MAXIMISE project methodology, with clear milestones and accountability.
- Ensure on-budget, on-scope, and on-time delivery—while owning the P&L performance for your project.
- Motivate teams to operate at pace and build genuine partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
- Recognise, assess and monitor risks and issues, and work with client counterparts to mitigate them.
- Control and report progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor and internally within Version 1 senior stakeholders.
- Assist in pre-sales and business development opportunities.
