Must:
We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a proven background as a 2nd line engineer and a desire to grow into infrastructure and security roles. You should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A confident, proactive, and self-motivated approach is essential. Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, O365 Administration, and telephone systems (such as Five9 and Mitel) is required.
Responsibilities
As a Technology Support Engineer, you will run the IT Helpdesk, responding promptly to user queries and issues. You will install, configure, and maintain desktop and server hardware/software while ensuring IT systems and business information are secure, backed up, and recoverable. Monitoring and maintaining IT operations such as backups, malware protection, and software upgrades will be part of your role. You will work closely with managers and colleagues to align IT services with business needs, support IT projects, and contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Additionally, you will assist with supplier contracts, licensing renewals, and budgeting.
