Requirements
Must:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics.
- Strong Python skills with experience in ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
- Solid grounding in statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, correlation analysis, and experimental design.
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation at scale.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Professional English proficiency (B2+ level).
Responsibilities
- Build, train, and deploy machine learning models from exploratory analysis to production-ready solutions.
- Develop and deploy AI agents using Databricks, Google AI Studio, and/or Azure AI Foundry.
- Apply statistical rigour to psychometric and survey data, validating the proprietary measurement framework.
- Advance analytical capabilities into predictive modelling, deep learning, and generative AI applications.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and tech team to integrate models into the platform.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for product decisions and client-facing reports.
