- Define, refine, and prioritise backlog items based on business value and strategic goals.
- Produce clear, actionable requirements and act as the single point of accountability for acceptance standards.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Validate functionality to ensure it meets business needs and adheres to security and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Build and communicate a transparent roadmap that balances immediate needs with a long-term vision.
- Oversee IT platforms, manage vendors, licensing, and system governance.
- Monitor integrations across CRM, communication, and collaboration tools to ensure high standards for data hygiene.
