Requirements
Must:
- Good communication skills

- Basic knowledge of Excel (preferred but not essential)
Responsibilities
- Manage the weekly production and distribution of sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Proactively monitor and chase outstanding debt, maintaining strong relationships with customers to support timely collections
- Prepare and deliver bi-weekly aged debtor reports, providing clear updates and insights to management
- Set up and maintain customer accounts within the sales ledger, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
- Support cash flow improvement by promoting and securing Direct Debit mandates, with incentives linked to successful uptake
Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as a part-time Credit Controller at our London Bridge location. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career or looking to gain experience in finance. We provide full training for this role, and the salary is £25,000 FTE (£10,000 pro rata for 2 days per week). Join us and be part of a supportive and dynamic team!
