EUC Engineer

- Advise Senior members on matters relating to EUC devices (laptops, Chrome devices, MACs, tablets, mobiles) - Participate in EUC project delivery activities - Help implement our strategy for EUC device health - Automate common and complex tasks to improve quality and security posture - Acquire skills, knowledge, and qualifications relevant to the role - Provide insights to other teams and departments - Resolve customer issues raised through our incident management system (ServiceNow) - Assist in managing AWS Connect and RingCentral as part of the Service Operations team - Ensure deployment and patching of Windows, Chrome devices, and MAC OS for EUC devices - Deliver application patching maintaining version currency - Implement necessary controls to maintain asset health - Remediate identified security vulnerabilities and address certification requirements - Determine activities to prevent recurrence of identified vulnerabilities - Build and maintain base images for Windows-based devices - Manage deployment of base images to relevant parties - Conduct regular reviews of base images and corrective action as necessary - Maintain our asset inventory for EUC devices alongside the Asset Management team - Administer Chromebook / Chrome devices, including applications and extensions - Manage Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, and asset removal - Advise on obsolescence alongside the Asset Management team
