Responsibilities
As the Salesforce Delivery Lead, I will serve as a crucial bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and the Product Owner, orchestrating the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions. This role combines my technical expertise and strategic thinking to drive project execution, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with our organizational goals.
I will be pivotal in translating the product vision into actionable plans, prioritizing work, and navigating complex challenges to deliver sustainable solutions. My responsibilities will include ensuring the continuous improvement and success of Salesforce implementations, supporting the professional growth of team members, and contributing to our overall organizational strategy.
I will continuously develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce technologies and best practices, exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project requirements, and provide clear direction and guidance to team members, ensuring alignment with our product vision and roadmap.
Additionally, I will facilitate effective meetings and workshops to gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and drive decision-making processes. I will present complex technical information and project updates in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences, coordinate software releases, and work closely with the Product Owner and Leads to manage and refine the product backlog. Organizing scrum events, gathering information for data-driven decisions, and tracking progress against work breakdowns will also be part of my core responsibilities.
