Requirements
Must:
- GCSE A-C
- At least one programming language (JavaScript or C#) or experience with web design or development or Content Management Tools
- Experience in gathering and documenting business processes and/or requirements
- Attention to detail
- Good communicator
- Experience with Salesforce and Operational Systems
- Understanding of UI and UX best practices (desirable)
- Experience within the waste industry (desirable)
- Degree or BCS Practitioner in Business Analysis (desirable)
- Competent use of Lucid Charts (desirable)
- Google Suite with excellent knowledge of Google Sheets, including pivot tables, v-lookups and general data manipulation (desirable)
- Working knowledge of SQL (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies: Assess the viability of proposed solutions by analyzing costs, benefits, and risks.
- Analyze and document business processes: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in existing processes.
- Create functional specifications: Define the detailed requirements for software development or system enhancements.
- Collaborate with the digital transformation team and internal stakeholders: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the business requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing: Validate that the implemented solutions meet the business needs and perform as expected.
