Requirements
Must:
- Current knowledge and experience in Salesforce
- Great interpersonal skills with ability to form strong relationships
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- A confident team player with good self-awareness
- Strong commercial awareness
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
Responsibilities
- Act as the main administrator of the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data is reviewed and up to date
- Provide CRM administrative support to consultants, including adding and updating opportunities, projects, and key information
- Ensure all key reporting metrics within the CRM are current
- Maintain associate consultant records on the CRM
- Manage the sign-off of associate consultant invoices against project deliverables, liaising with the finance manager at month end
- Liaise with clients and the Programme Manager to coordinate workshop timings, resources, and systems
- Manage project start and close dates across software platforms
- Identify and address any resourcing challenges to help protect revenue
- Serve as a key point of contact with associates regarding future project availability
- Manage intranet project sites, including SharePoint access permissions
- Assist the Head of Operations with various tasks or projects as needed
- Provide holiday cover for the Programme Coordinator and support workload
Description
We are a busy consultancy that partners with high-profile brands and are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Resource & CRM Administrator to join our small team. The position reports to the Head of Operations and is integral in managing our Salesforce CRM system, providing essential project administration and support. We offer a competitive salary of £36-38K, a yearly discretionary bonus, hybrid working options (3 days in the Camberley office, 2 days from home), a health scheme for immediate family, life assurance, and a company pension contribution starting at 5% (rising to 8%). Enjoy 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 30 with length of service, and a structured working schedule from Monday to Friday.
