Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, Supply Chain & Logistics solutions, ideally within a Port
- Previous managerial experience with strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience in developing process automation through technology
- Ability to lead large-scale complex IT programs/projects addressing overall business needs
- Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, directed, and change-oriented
- Knowledge of new technologies in specific field and ability to stay updated
- Experience in planning and managing IT programs including budgeting and resource management
- Experience with managing system integrators to deliver business outcomes
- Willingness to travel around the Group for projects
- Firm belief in customer service values and ABPs core values of openness, honesty, teamwork, and respect
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders on strategic planning and defining a roadmap for continuous improvement
- Produce comprehensive business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Lead one or more teams of colleagues and/or external third parties to achieve strategic and operational goals
- Engage with stakeholders to build relationships and align expectations
- Perform software selection supported by Enterprise and Technical Architecture reviews
- Liaise with project managers to develop delivery plans and track portfolio status
- Identify long-term opportunities and challenges, developing plans aligned with organisational goals
