Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, Supply Chain & Logistics solutions, ideally within a Port
- Previous managerial experience with strong leadership skills
- Background in coaching and developing talent
- Experience in developing process automation through technology
- Ability to lead large-scale complex IT programs/projects
- Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, directed, and change-oriented
- Knowledge of new technologies in the specific field
- Experience in planning and managing IT programs, including budgeting and resource management
- Experience with managing system integrators to deliver business outcomes
- Willingness to travel around the Group as required
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders on strategic planning and defining a roadmap for continuous improvement
- Produce comprehensive business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, user and system requirements
- Lead one or more teams of colleagues and/or external third parties/contractors, ensuring strategic and operational goals are met
- Engage stakeholders effectively to align expectations and achieve mutual goals
- Perform software selection supported by Enterprise and Technical Architecture reviews
- Liaise with project managers in developing delivery plans and tracking portfolio status
- Identify long-term opportunities and challenges, developing plans aligned with organisational goals
