Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with proven experience managing enterprise-level CCTV, Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS), and Operational Technology (OT) systems in a multi-site environment. You should have strong technical knowledge of system architecture, networking, and security best practices. I need someone skilled in incident management, data reporting (API/SQL), and process optimization. Experience in system audits, configuration, and integration with Access Directory/Job Management Lifecycle (AD/JML) processes is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and OT risk management is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee daily OT operations and incidents, ensuring that our systems remain secure, reliable, and fully supported. You will conduct system checks, audits, and performance reporting across CCTV, access control, and OT platforms. Additionally, you will manage firmware and software updates to ensure compliance and maintain system integrity. Supporting new project delivery from design to commissioning and handover will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with cybersecurity and network teams will be key to maintaining secure, standardized deployments. You will identify risks, manage vulnerabilities, and drive continuous improvement across all security systems.
