Requirements
Must:
- Strong team, vendor, and stakeholder management skills
- SAP experience, particularly within ERP environments
- Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Logistics solutions
- Ideally from a maritime or logistics industry background
- Ability to lead large-scale, complex IT programmes
- Experience managing system integrators to deliver business outcomes
- Experience planning and managing IT programmes, including budgeting, resource management, and delivery oversight
Responsibilities
- Manage IT solutions that support business functions and align with business objectives
- Lead large-scale, complex IT programmes addressing overarching business needs
- Work closely with business stakeholders to support strategic planning and define roadmaps for continuous improvement
- Oversee software selection supported by enterprise and technical architecture reviews
- Identify long-term opportunities and challenges to develop plans aligned with organisational goals
- Travel to different locations approximately once per week
