Must:

- CCNP certified (CCNA desirable)
- Strong expertise in Cisco routers, switches, wireless, and voice technologies
- Proven experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Familiar with ITIL practices and service management processes
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Cisco-based network infrastructure projects across London and Europe
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients
- Investigate and resolve incidents in line with ITIL processes
- Lead Tier 3 troubleshooting and network optimisation
- Act as a client-facing technical consultant, leading meetings and providing strategic advice
- Oversee voice and data networks for key client environments
- Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high service standards
