Must:
We are looking for someone with strong experience in C#, modern .NET, TypeScript, and React. You should have a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web application architecture. Proficiency in SQL is essential, ideally with hands-on experience using Azure SQL Server. Experience with Docker and deploying containerized applications is desirable, along with familiarity with cloud-native tools and services, particularly within Azure. You should demonstrate a proven ability to mentor and support junior developers and have a strong grasp of software engineering principles, including CI/CD and automated testing. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are important, and you should be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus points if you have experience with Azure DevOps, microservices architecture, Kubernetes, performance optimization, and secure application design.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable cloud-based web applications using C#, .NET 8, TypeScript, and React. You will optimize application performance and reliability within Azure environments, provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, and conduct thorough code reviews while upholding coding best practices. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-impact features and enhancements, influencing architectural decisions, and helping to define technical strategy. You will also design and optimize data models and queries for Azure SQL Server, utilizing Azure cloud services and Kubernetes to improve scalability, performance, and monitoring.

By joining our global, independent organization, you will support clients in managing and operating electrical networks, contributing to end-to-end power engineering solutions. We pride ourselves on our well-established, innovation-led culture and we are excited to welcome an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Developer who is eager to make a meaningful impact as part of our friendly and collaborative team. Additionally, we offer 25 days of annual leave (FTE), plus bank holidays, with the possibility to earn an extra day for every three years completed (up to a maximum of 30 days), and the option to buy an additional 5 days. Our pension contributions are 8% from the employer (or in cash equivalent), and we provide comprehensive benefits including Group Life Insurance, Income Protection, Critical Illness cover (or cash equivalents), and Private Medical Insurance (single cover or cash equivalent).
