Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proven expertise in AV installation and support, particularly in leading on-site delivery. You will need strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A valid driving license and a willingness to travel to various client sites are essential. Familiarity with technologies such as Extron, Crestron, AMX, and other AV-related products and systems is expected. While certifications like CTS or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Extron Certified, Crestron QSC) are desirable, candidates with AV design capabilities, including CAD, will be given preference.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will entrust you with technical ownership of the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of AV systems across a variety of high-profile client environments. Your key responsibilities will include leading the installation and project delivery of AV solutions, interpreting technical drawings and schematics, and managing rack-builds, cable management, and system commissioning to a professional standard. You will provide expert-level 2nd and 3rd line support, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues while maintaining up-to-date technical documentation. You will liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded and providing clear communication both on-site and remotely.
