Requirements
Must:
- Deep technical expertise in Teamcenter
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with complex PLM migration initiatives
- Experience in designing and implementing data extraction, transformation, and loading strategies
- Proficiency in developing custom migration utilities and scripts using ITK, SOA, Java, Shell/Python, or relevant technologies
- Familiarity with data validation, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation processes
- Ability to ensure system integrity, performance, and stability throughout the migration lifecycle
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with architecture, functional, infrastructure, and QA teams
- Strong documentation skills for technical processes and migration approaches
Responsibilities
- Design and implement migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, load flows, and validation frameworks
- Develop custom migration utilities, scripts, and tools
- Perform thorough data validation, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation
- Ensure system integrity, performance, and stability during the migration process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for planning and execution of migration activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, configuration, and Teamcenter customizations
- Document all technical processes and verification steps involved in the migration
