Agentic AI Lead

- Extensive hands-on experience with frameworks and libraries - Proficient in scikit-learn and SciPy for ML algorithms - Hands-on experience with Python and PyTorch for developing enterprise applications - Skilled in natural language processing tasks such as entity recognition and tokenization - Strong knowledge of API/Microservices, async programming, multithreading, performance, reliability, caching, event-driven design, data pipelines, and workflows - Hands-on experience with Amazon SageMaker for building, training, and deploying scalable machine learning models in the cloud - Experience in building rapid applications using FastAPI and Streamlit - Good understanding of software engineering, architecture, testing, code quality principles, and test-driven development (TDD) - Must have experience with Generative AI & LLMs - Proficient in crafting context-aware prompts for optimal performance from LLMs for summarization, reasoning, extraction, and classification tasks - Hands-on experience in designing intelligent retrieval pipelines combining vector databases like FAISS with semantic search mechanisms - Experience in developing intelligent agents capable of reasoning, planning, and tool use using frameworks such as ReAct and LangChain/Langgraph - Experience with clustering techniques and classification models
