Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in data engineering
- Around 5 years experience with GCP (or strong AWS/Azure experience with interest in moving into GCP)
- Experience building or contributing to data warehouses
- Strong understanding of data integration and pipeline development
- Experience working with complex data environments or system integrations
Responsibilities
- Design and build a new cloud-based data warehouse
- Develop scalable data pipelines and data models
- Integrate data from newly acquired businesses and systems
- Work closely with analytics and business teams to enable data-driven decision making
- Support the evolution of the organisations modern data platform
Description
Were working with a growing organisation within the facilities management industry thats investing heavily in its data platform and looking to hire a Senior Data Engineer. This role will play a key part in building a greenfield data warehouse, helping the business bring together data from newly acquired companies and integrating multiple systems into a scalable data platform. This is a great opportunity to join a business in a high-growth sector where data is becoming a core part of the organisations strategy. We offer hybrid working, typically requiring 1 day per week in the office, with a competitive salary between £70,000 and £80,000.
