Requirements
Must:
- I require 3 years of experience in an IT support role, with strong capabilities in 2nd line support, including diagnosing and resolving issues on both Microsoft and Mac operating systems.
- I need proficiency in Microsoft Server operating systems and associated technologies such as Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Office 365, and Active Directory, including implementation and administration of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and Remote Desktop Services.
- I expect knowledge of cloud services, including Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Experience with Intune and implementing IT solutions is essential, along with basic networking knowledge and an understanding of switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, and routing.
- Excellent communication abilities are mandatory.
- A full UK driving license and access to personal transportation are required.
Responsibilities
- As a Field Service Engineer, my primary responsibility will be to provide first and second-line technical support and maintenance on-site for my clients across London.
