Requirements
Must:
- I have proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, with a strong background in customization and integration.
- I possess expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with AL and C/AL development languages.
- I have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV).
- I have experience working within hybrid cloud or transitional cloud environments, which is highly desirable.
- I exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- I am self-motivated, with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- I will lead the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to suit evolving business needs.
- I will transition Dynamics 365 configuration processes from external suppliers to internal ownership.
- I will design and implement tailored solutions within Dynamics, integrating with the wider IT estate.
- I will support the ongoing development of our hybrid cloud infrastructure strategy.
- I will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and implement functional improvements.
- I will provide technical support, documentation, and training where required.

We are embarking on an exciting journey to bring our Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities back in-house, transitioning away from a third-party provider. As part of our evolving hybrid cloud strategy, we are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to take ownership of our internal configuration processes and tailor the platform to meet the future needs of our business. In this role, you'll play a critical part in the ongoing evolution of the Dynamics 365 environment. You’ll lead the hands-on development, configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365, ensuring it aligns closely with our business objectives. This is an opportunity to shape the future of our internal systems and be a trusted technical voice in our transformation journey.
