Requirements
Must:
- Experience in coordination across Change, Incident and Problem management, ideally within a Legal, Insurance or Financial Service environment
- Proficient in ITSM and tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Agile, and Scrum
- Change Advisory Board (CAB) experience
- Integrated Change Process (ICP) facilitation
- Ability to work with Infrastructure, Compute and Network teams, monitoring tickets and SLAs
- Strong skills in process review and improvements
- Experience with daily ticket queue checks, including triage and updates
- Ability to document and circulate agendas
- Support for Infrastructure Team Leaders in creating minutes and chasing actions
- Experience in raising and following up on escalations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within a Global Environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure Team Leaders to support day-to-day activities
- Coordinate across Change, Incident, and Problem management
- Facilitate CAB and ICP meetings, running calls and maintaining reviews
- Monitor ticket resolutions and adhere to SLAs with Infrastructure and Network teams
- Conduct process reviews and implement improvements
- Perform daily ticket queue checks, including triage and necessary updates
- Document discussions and circulate agendas efficiently
- Assist Infrastructure Team Leaders by creating meeting minutes and following up on actions
- Raise and manage escalations as needed
- Engage in stakeholder management to ensure smooth operations
