Must:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in large-scale data transformation programmes. You should have a strong understanding of data platforms, data lakes, data governance, and analytics within enterprise environments. It is important that you have experience working with cloud-based data solutions such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and associated technologies like Data Lakes or Databricks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a methodical, detail-oriented approach to delivery. Experience in finance, professional services, or similarly complex data environments would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead business analysis for complex, global data transformation and technology programmes. You will gather, document, and validate business, data, and functional requirements across multiple regions. Working closely with finance and other business functions, you will understand data needs, processes, and integration points. You will map, analyse, and streamline data workflows to improve quality, governance, and accessibility. Collaboration with technical teams is key, as you will support data migration, integration, and reporting initiatives. Additionally, you will manage backlogs, change requests, and dependencies using structured governance frameworks, support programme planning, reporting, and risk management (RAIDDs), and ensure that requirements are clearly defined and translated into scalable, enterprise-wide data solutions.
Description
We are situated in London and are offering a hybrid working model for this position, which is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a salary range of £70,000 to £80,000.
