Must:
We are looking for a Systems Analyst who has at least 2 years of experience in IT applications or ERP support. You should possess a working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts, as well as an understanding of ERP systems and their key processes, including inventory, BOM, and work orders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills, are essential. You must be comfortable liaising with both technical and non-technical teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required, and exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desired. A full UK driving licence and the ability to commute to our office in Warwick is necessary.
Responsibilities
As a Systems Analyst, you will act as the first point of contact for system and application support queries. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving ERP and SQL-related issues in collaboration with senior team members. You will assist with system configuration, upgrades, and integrations, and support data cleansing, validation, and migration activities. Additionally, you will write and optimise basic SQL queries and reports to aid business operations. Collaboration with various departments to document workflows and user guides will be part of your responsibilities, along with contributing to ongoing IT projects, including process automation and system enhancement initiatives. You will also participate in testing, training, and documentation of new system functionalities, while monitoring system performance and escalating technical issues as necessary.
