Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Subject Matter Expert (SME) with both on-premise and Azure cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
- Desirable experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Azure integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive and analytical mindset, able to recommend service improvements.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Act as the SharePoint SME, providing expert guidance across on-premise and Azure cloud environments.
- Lead platform upgrades, deployments, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Integrate SharePoint with SSO, MFA, and Azure services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint and web platform issues.
- Mentor and coach team members on SharePoint best practices.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and CMDB updates to enhance service efficiency.
- Identify and implement improvements to boost platform resilience and performance.
