Requirements
Must:
- Experience in coordination across Change, Incident and Problem management in Legal, Insurance, or Financial Service
- Familiarity with ITSM and tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Agile, and Scrum
- Experience with Change Advisory Board (CAB) facilitation and Integrated Change Process (ICP)
- Ability to run calls and maintain reviews
- Knowledge of monitoring tickets and SLAs with Infrastructure, Compute, and Network teams
- Experience in process review and improvements
- Proficient in daily ticket queue checks, including triage and updates
- Strong documentation skills, including agenda circulation and minute taking
- Ability to support Infrastructure Team Leaders in action tracking and follow-ups
- Experience in stakeholder management in a global environment
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities alongside Infrastructure Team Leaders
- Coordinate across Change, Incident, and Problem management
- Run calls and maintain reviews related to Change Advisory Board (CAB)
- Monitor tickets and SLAs with relevant teams
- Conduct daily ticket queue checks, including triage and updates
- Document and circulate agendas and meeting minutes
- Assist in raising and following up on escalations
- Engage in process reviews and improvements as needed
- Stand in for Infrastructure Team Leaders when required
Description
We are a Global Legal Company looking for a Service Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team on a 6-month contract basis, with a hybrid working model in Glasgow. This role requires an immediate start and involves some basic background checks.
