Requirements
Must:
- Experience within a 3rd line, application support, or software engineering role within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Strong SQL and T-SQL stored procedures, complex queries, performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure in production
- Some .NET/C# experience to read and debug code
- Ability to communicate clearly and speak directly to customers to identify issues
Responsibilities
- Own complex 3rd line software incidents end-to-end
- Utilise 3rd line SQL and T-SQL to support data issues, debug procedures, and support fixes into production/staging environments (C#/.NET)
- Conduct root cause analysis by documenting findings and feeding confirmed defects back to engineering with reproducible steps
- Mentor 2nd line colleagues to upskill and improve the wider support function over time
