Must:
We are looking for a proactive Security Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM) and the Microsoft Defender suite (including Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security monitoring, incident response, and alert troubleshooting, along with a working knowledge of SOAR platforms (preferably within Sentinel or similar). An understanding of threat detection, log analysis, and automation within Microsoft's security ecosystem is essential. Experience with Tenable and knowledge of Microsoft Purview would also be beneficial.
Responsibilities
As a Security Analyst, you will monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents in Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender. You will perform detailed security event analysis and correlation, escalating incidents when necessary. Your role will include developing and optimizing SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) playbooks to enhance incident response and efficiency. You will collaborate with wider IT and security teams to improve threat detection, incident handling, and response processes.
