Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Sage 200.
- Experience with Sage Intacct.
- Strong ability to manage support tickets and perform troubleshooting.
- Availability to work on-site in Central London at least 2 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional support for Sage users across the entire platform.
- Manage and resolve level 1 and 2 support tickets within deadlines.
- Support the implementation of Sage Intacct during the migration from on-premises to cloud.
- Handle basic debugging activities of the system when required.
Description
We are seeking a Sage Administrator/Consultant for an initial three-month contract in the IT services sector. This role involves providing day-to-day, customer-facing support to Sage 200 users and contributing to the implementation of Sage Intacct.
