Requirements
Must:
- I require strong experience across SAP back office processes such as finance, customer services, credit services, and accounts payable.
- A broad SAP background is essential, with the ability to work across multiple modules in large, integrated landscapes.
- I seek experience in designing solutions across complex enterprise environments.
- A solid understanding of application architecture and design methodologies is necessary.
- You should be confident operating in matrix teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- It’s important to be comfortable working on high-value transformation programs.
- Strong communication skills are needed, especially the ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative and open-minded individuals, who can challenge constructively, will thrive.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship is a must.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to own the high-level SAP solution design across finance, HR, and supply chain.
- You will be responsible for translating complex requirements into a clear, scalable blueprint.
- Working with SAP functional and technical teams to shape end-to-end process design will be part of your role.
- You will assure quality, architecture alignment, and delivery across multiple programs.
- Developing solution strategies, standards, and technical approaches for the SAP estate will be under your purview.
- You will support major programs including HRIS, finance transformation, and warehouse management.
- Assessing risks, defining mitigation options, and clearly communicating trade-offs is essential.
- Partnering with project leadership to scope work, plan resources, and estimate delivery will be key responsibilities.
- Reviewing designs and technical outputs to ensure they meet business and architectural standards will also be expected.

We are a major global organization in the creative sector, currently rebuilding our SAP capability. We are seeking an SAP Solution Lead to shape system design across finance, HR, and supply chain during our mid-transformation phase, which includes new HRIS, finance, and warehouse programs. You will become a pivotal part of a strong internal SAP and Finance Centre of Excellence, linking functional experts, architects, and senior stakeholders.
