We are looking for an Oracle Trainer who has experience with Oracle Fusion and ERP implementations. You should have a proven ability to design, develop, and deliver learning programs using tools such as Articulate E-Learning and Adobe Creative Suite. Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Excellent communication skills are required to engage with audiences at all levels. Proficiency in GSuite (Gmail, Slides, Docs, Meets, Chat) is necessary, and you should be willing to travel frequently to our head office, distribution centers, stores, and partner sites. Familiarity with digital adoption platforms such as Oracle Guided Learning and Learning Management Systems is desirable.
Responsibilities
As our Oracle Trainer, you will create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and guides, tailored to different audiences. You will deliver in-person and virtual training sessions across Oracle ERP and EPM systems, covering areas such as General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Collaborating with subject matter experts, you will ensure the training content is accurate and up to date. Additionally, you will provide in-application guidance via Oracle Guided Learning, offering step-by-step support and tips. Responsibilities also include managing learning communities and the Learning Management System (LMS), supporting internal communications for consistent messaging, leading training-related projects for process improvements, and providing logistical support for training events such as scheduling and travel arrangements.

We are partnering with an organization that is undergoing a major finance transformation, migrating all finance systems to Oracle Fusion. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of this multi-year program. The position is hybrid, based in Leicester, and is a 9-month fixed-term contract offering a salary between £50,000 and £55,000.
