Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Data Product Manager / Lead Product Manager working with data, AI, or machine learning products
- Strong insurance industry background, with knowledge of areas such as pricing, underwriting, claims, or risk
- Experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, and data product operating models
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working across business, technology, and data teams
- Practical understanding of cloud data platforms such as Azure and Databricks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts for senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the data and machine learning product strategy aligned with business and data objectives
- Develop and maintain data product roadmaps and product catalogues that support both current and future business needs
- Work closely with data science, engineering, and business stakeholders to prioritise and deliver impactful products
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation through to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Establish governance and operating models for data products and ML solutions, ensuring compliance and quality
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and ROI
