Requirements
Must:
- 1–3 years' experience in IT support, ERP support, or service desk.
- Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of relational databases.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Inventory, BOM, work orders) is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders.
- Analytical, organized, and eager to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT systems support under senior guidance.
- Assist with IT projects, including ERP migration, data cleansing, validation, and testing.
- Write, troubleshoot, and optimize basic SQL reports and analytics.
- Support system monitoring, escalate issues, and maintain uptime.
- Document procedures, workflows, and user guides for colleagues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical tasks.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and contribute to training materials for end users.
