Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in AWS Systems Administration is essential; experience with Azure may also be considered.
- Strong skills in the Microsoft stack, including extensive use of Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), and Intune.
- Experience within a virtual environment is necessary, particularly with Hyper-V; experience with other virtual environments may be considered.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues effectively.
- Networking skills are beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the AWS infrastructure for both production and development environments.
- Administer and support the Microsoft stack, utilizing Windows Server, Hyper-V, Office 365 admin, AD, and Intune.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including upgrades and patch management.
- Provide support and configuration for networking tools such as Dell and Juniper switches.
Description
We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join us for a 6-month contract based in Chippenham. This role involves a mix of project and business-as-usual (BAU) work.
