Must:
We are looking for candidates with a strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 2019/2021/2024, Active Directory, and Exchange 2019. Experience with Azure AD, Intune, Okta, Zscaler, and Mimecast is essential. A working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Cisco IOS, Cisco ISE) and VMware is also required. Familiarity with MS SQL Server, Sophos, and monitoring tools such as Logic Monitor is preferred. Hands-on experience supporting hardware (PCs, laptops, mobiles) and peripherals is important, and experience with market data platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and ICE would be beneficial. We prefer candidates with a minimum of MCP qualification; MCSE/MCSA (or working towards) is a plus. A degree in IT or a related subject (or equivalent experience) is necessary, and candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver 1stβ3rd line IT support across our London office and to remote users. Your responsibilities will include administering Active Directory, Exchange, Azure AD, Intune, Okta, Zscaler, and Mimecast. You will configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Cisco desk phones, and printers. You will also manage our service desk (Jira), including triage, incident, problem, and change management. Supporting and maintaining networking (TCP/IP, Cisco IOS, Cisco ISE) and VMware environments will be crucial, as will monitoring systems using Logic Monitor and escalating alerts as needed. You will procure and manage IT hardware stock to ensure smooth lifecycle management and document IT processes, user guides, and asset records. Additionally, onboarding new users, processing leavers/movers, and managing application access will be part of your role. Finally, you will liaise with our global HQ and external suppliers to deliver IT services in line with our standards, as well as support market data applications (Bloomberg, Reuters, ICE).
