Must:
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with previous experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or End User Computing at Level 2/3. You should have a strong background in supporting both Windows and macOS environments. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune & Autopilot, JAMF for macOS management, PDQ Deploy, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Zscaler, and Rapid7 is essential. Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Freshservice is also required. Additionally, a good understanding of endpoint security, MFA, encryption, and data protection practices is crucial.
Responsibilities
As our IT Support Engineer, you will serve as the senior escalation contact for complex or unresolved incidents passed on from the Service Desk. You will deliver prompt and professional in-person support for hardware, software, and user experience issues. Ensuring that performance targets and service levels are consistently met across internal support teams will be one of your key responsibilities. You will provide advanced support for Windows 11 Enterprise, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems, as well as administer and maintain device management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, and PDQ. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and maintain endpoint protection and cybersecurity applications, support new device setup, configuration, and deployment through automated provisioning tools (Autopilot/JAMF).
Description
This is a 3-month contract role where you will play a key part in providing high-quality technical support to our internal employees across multiple platforms and devices (Windows, Mac, Android). Your expertise in troubleshooting and in-person assistance will ensure smooth, secure, and reliable end-user technology experiences throughout our organization.
