IT Site Lead Engineer

In this hands-on role, I expect you to provide high-quality 2nd line IT support to users both onsite and remotely, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests. You will act as the primary onsite IT contact, delivering a white-glove service and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Your responsibilities will also include installing, configuring, and supporting end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. You'll be tasked with supporting and maintaining applications like Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows 11, as well as providing local AV and meeting room support during events. Collaborating with 3rd line and global IT teams to deliver upgrades, patching, and IT projects will also be part of your duties, along with maintaining accurate asset records, documentation, and knowledge base entries. Ensuring compliance with security and IT governance standards and participating in the on-call rota and occasional weekend work for upgrades or maintenance will also be expected.
