Requirements
Must:
- Experience in coordinating across Change, Incident, and Problem management, ideally in a Legal, Insurance, or Financial Service environment
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- CAB experience
- Ability to work with Infrastructure, Compute, and Network teams, monitoring tickets and SLAs
- Strong skills in process review and improvements
- Experience in training review and recommendations
- Proficient in documentation and agenda circulation
- Ability to support Infrastructure Team Leaders by taking minutes and following up on actions
- Experience in raising and following up on escalations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within a global environment
- Technical knowledge beneficial in areas such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Agile, Scrum, End User Compute, M365, Windows 11, Teams, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Windows Server Estate (2019-2025), Azure Cloud, Network technologies like Cisco, SD-WAN, Firewall, and AV equipment
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Infrastructure Team Leaders to support day-to-day activities
- Coordinate across Change, Incident, and Problem management processes
- Utilize ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA for ticket management
- Monitor tickets and SLAs closely to ensure adherence to service standards
- Conduct process reviews and suggest improvements
- Review and recommend training as needed
- Circulate documentation and agendas for meetings
- Create minutes and follow up on action items from team meetings
- Raise and escalate issues as necessary
- Engage in stakeholder management to maintain effective communication
- Participate in team activities and provide support within a global context
Description
We are a Global Legal Company offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Co-Ordinator on a 6-month contract with hybrid working arrangements. This position requires an average of 2-3 days per week on-site in either London or Glasgow. We aim to provide a dynamic work environment where you can engage with various teams and enhance your professional skills.
