Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience working as a Windows 11 Deployment Engineer
- Proficient in laptop/desktop builds and deployments using Intune
- Experience with asset tagging new devices (laptops/desktops)
- Knowledge of Windows 11 upgrade, administration, and support
- Strong background in End User Compute (EUC)
- Experience with operating system deployment using SCCM
- Excellent user engagement skills and the ability to communicate effectively with end users
- Strong diagnostic and resolution skills
Responsibilities
As a Deployment Engineer, I will be responsible for managing the rollout of Windows 11 for our organization. My role will involve building laptops, contacting users, collecting old equipment, and deploying new laptops and desktops to users. I will not only carry out this rollout but also provide 1st line support, confidently troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. I will be required to work onsite 5 days a week.
